The app user alone bears responsibility for the content/playlists/channels they play with the M3U IPTV app.
Herber eDevelopment, the developer of the M3U IPTV app, assumes no liability for the content/playlists/channels played by the user.
The app user agrees to play only legally acquired content/playlists/channels with the app.
The app user is liable for any damages and costs resulting from their non-compliance.

Donations

App users have the option to leave voluntary donations.
The donor agrees that they understand exactly what a donation entails.
Donations are voluntary and therefore not a purchase or equivalent for playlists or services.
They also do not guarantee that the app will work on the respective device or that individual playlists/channels can be played.
