The user of the M3U IPTV app is solely responsible for the content, playlists, and channels they choose to access or play using the app.
Jaroslav Herber (Herber eDevelopment), the developer of the M3U IPTV app, assumes no responsibility or liability for any content, playlists, or channels accessed by the user.
By using the app, the user agrees to access and play only legally obtained content, playlists, and channels.
The user shall be fully liable for any damages, legal actions, or costs arising from their non-compliance with applicable laws.
Availability
Herber eDevelopment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the M3U IPTV app at any time without prior notice or liability.
There is no guarantee of ongoing support, feature updates, or future availability of the app or its services.
Changes to Features
The functionality of the app, including any premium or advanced features, may be modified, restricted, or removed at any time without prior notice.
Herber eDevelopment does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific feature, service, or user interface.
Changes may be made to improve performance, ensure compliance, or for other technical or business reasons.
Payments
We accept payments via selected cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Solana.
Purchases made through the Android (Google Play Store) version of the app are processed and managed directly by Google. For such transactions, all refund requests must be submitted through your Google Play account. We cannot issue or manage refunds for purchases made via Google Play.
We also accept payments through our payment provider Stripe. By choosing this payment method, you agree that Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy may apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
Products
We do not sell playlists or channel access. Any purchases made are solely for our own products and services.
Our products are listed on our official products page. They include Premium features that can be unlocked in version 3 of the M3U IPTV app with a license key (not available in the Google Play version).
The Google Play Store version of the app is a separate product and operates without license keys.
Version 3 of the app is only available for the devices listed on the products page.
Before purchasing any product, you must carefully review the product description and acknowledge that you fully understand what you are purchasing. Refund requests submitted on the basis of misunderstanding the product offering may be denied or subject to charges in accordance with Section 3: Terms for Refund Requests.
Refund Policy and Support
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds can only be granted within 48 hours of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered. All refund requests must be submitted through the designated account page on our website. Requests made via banks, credit card providers, or other third-party payment services are not valid and will be rejected.
2. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Terms for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted only through the official channels provided (e.g., Google Play refund process or the contact options stated on our website). Requests made through unauthorized channels (such as direct chargebacks through your bank or payment provider) constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be granted, and you may be held responsible for any fees or costs incurred as a result of the dispute or chargeback process.
Refunds will not be granted if the purchaser has misunderstood or disregarded the agreements acknowledged during the checkout process (such as confirmation checkboxes), or if the purchaser expected access to playlists or other content not offered by us. In such cases, any fees charged to us by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount, and an administrative fee of €2 may also apply.
4. License Deactivation
Upon approval of a refund, all licenses associated with the purchase will be deactivated on all devices immediately. Access to the app or related services will be revoked accordingly.
5. Support and Issue Resolution
We are committed to providing a high-quality user experience. If you encounter any issues with the app, please contact our support team directly at support@herber-edv.de before requesting a refund.
This is the best and fastest way for us to assist you and improve the app based on your feedback.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these refund policies and agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.
7. Cryptocurrency Refunds
When paying with cryptocurrency, please note the following:
- Transaction (gas) fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is granted for a crypto payment, the refund amount will be calculated based on the original amount received, minus the gas fees incurred during the transaction.
- Refunds for crypto payments will be processed to the same wallet address used during the purchase.
Cryptocurrency refunds may take longer to process due to blockchain confirmation times and manual handling.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any agreements based on them shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer and have concluded the contract, the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence shall remain unaffected.
