1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase or using the M3U IPTV app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not complete the purchase or use the app.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing or using the M3U IPTV app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence). Purchases by minors are not permitted without parental or guardian consent.

3. General Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for content, playlists, and channels accessed or played using the app. Herber eDevelopment assumes no responsibility for third-party content, playlists, or channels. Users must comply with applicable laws and are liable for any damages or legal actions arising from non-compliance.

4. Availability

Herber eDevelopment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice or liability. There is no guarantee of ongoing support, feature updates, or future availability of the app or its services.

5. Changes to Features

App functionality, including premium or advanced features, may be modified, restricted, or removed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to improve performance, ensure compliance, or for other technical or business reasons.

6. Payments

We accept payments via selected cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Solana.

Purchases through the Google Play Store are processed directly by Google. Refund requests for these transactions must be submitted through your Google Play account.

We also accept payments via Stripe. By using Stripe, you agree that Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.

⚠️ Cryptocurrency payments may fluctuate in value. Transaction fees, network delays, and exchange rate differences are non-refundable.

7. Products

We do not sell playlists or channel access. Purchases are solely for our own products and services, including Premium features unlocked via a digital license key.

Users must test products in the free version on all intended devices before purchase. Refunds will not be granted if the product does not meet expectations due to failure to test.

⚠️ Purchases do not include third-party playlists, channels, or content unless explicitly stated. Refund requests based on expectations of such content will not be accepted.

8. Digital License Keys – Terms & Return Policy

8.1 Immediate Delivery & Loss of Withdrawal Right (EU Consumers)

EU customers, by requesting immediate delivery of a license key and confirming via the checkout checkbox, acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the license key is provided.

8.2 Optional Return for Unused Keys

⚠️ This refund policy applies only to digital license keys purchased via our website and does not apply to Google Play purchases.

License keys can only be returned if not redeemed or activated. Conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours for automatic processing.
• Activated or redeemed keys are non-refundable.
• Unused keys may be returned at seller discretion beyond 48 hours.

8.3 How to Request a Return

1. Contact support at support@m3u-ip.tv
2. Provide order information and the license key
3. After verification that the key is unused, a refund will be processed

8.4 No Refund After Activation

Once a license key has been redeemed or activated, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.

8.5 Checkout Checkbox Acknowledgment

During checkout, you must confirm via a mandatory checkbox:

“I request immediate access to my purchase. I am aware that I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as the digital license key is provided. This does not apply to purchases via Google Play.”

This serves as proof of consent for EU consumer law compliance.

9. Refund Policy

Refund requests without valid reasons or misunderstanding of product functionality will not be accepted.

9.1 Eligibility

• Activated license keys are not eligible for refunds
• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours
• Requests must use official channels; unauthorized requests, e.g., chargebacks, are invalid

9.2 Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days, depending on bank or payment provider.

9.3 Cryptocurrency Payments

• Transaction fees are non-refundable
• Refunds processed to the original wallet, minus fees
• Blockchain confirmations may cause delays
• Cryptocurrency value fluctuations are not refundable

10. Force Majeure

Herber eDevelopment is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events outside reasonable control:

• OS updates, firmware changes, device restrictions
• Third-party service outages
• Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, unforeseeable events

Functionality may be restored when technically possible. No liability for damages or lost service during such events.

11. License Deactivation

Upon refund approval, all associated licenses are immediately deactivated on all devices.

12. Support

Contact support at support@m3u-ip.tv before requesting a refund for faster resolution.

13. International Users

These Terms apply globally. EU consumers retain statutory rights as required by EU law. Users outside the EU must comply with local laws.

14. Privacy / Data Usage

Personal data collected during purchase or support requests will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our app, you consent to the collection and processing of necessary information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN CISG. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

16. Changes to Terms & Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, rules, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time you place your order shall apply to that order, unless changes to these Terms are required by law or by official authority. In such cases, the updated Terms may also apply to previously placed orders.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
